Creamy risotto with zucchini and dill

ingredients

2 cups round grain rice 3/4 cup grated zucchini 100 g bacon 1 pk onion 150 g mascaropone pk oil pk dill

1.

Cut the onion finely. Chop the bacon into small cubes and fry together until glassy.

Add the grated zucchini.

Add the washed rice. Pour boiling water (about 3,5 cups) over the top. Season with a little salt.

Cook covered for about 15 minutes.

Add chopped dill.

6.

Stir, bring to the boil, let it finish cooking under cover.

7.

Stir in mascarpone or spreadable butter and serve.
