300 g pumpkin 1 dl milk 1 tbsp plain flour 3 tbsp butter 1 pk parsley 1 pk carrot 1 pk egg yolk 1 pk onion meat broth salt
step
1. Cut the cleaned pumpkin into small cubes and put it to boil in the broth. Prepare a light roux with 1 tablespoon flour and fat and add to the broth with the pumpkin. 2. Cut the cleaned Vegetable Recipes into small cubes and saute in the remaining fat until tender. When the Vegetable Recipes are stewed, rub them through a sieve into the stock, bring to the boil and set aside. Whisk the egg yolk in the milk and add to the soup. Do not boil.
