Soup of nutria pieces seasoned with nutmeg flower and egg yolks.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the front meat and bones of the nutria into a broth without any spices
2. Strain it, grind the meat and blend it into the soup
3. Season with salt and blossom and just before serving, temper with raw egg yolks.
