250 g mushrooms 250 ml whipping cream 500 ml milk 1 pk small onion pk salt pk ground black pepper 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp flour pk butter

1.
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in butter

Add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt and simmer for about 5 minutes, the mushrooms will release their juices.
3.
Cover with milk, season with pepper and simmer. Whisk flour in the cream, add to the soup and bring to the boil.
