40 g pressed garlic 2 tbsp brown sugar 150 ml whipping cream 50 ml broth to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan, add the pressed garlic and fry it. Pour in the cream and reduce the sauce. Pour in the hot stock and when the sauce is thick enough, set it aside and blend with an immersion blender. 2. The sauce is suitable for meat.
