1 pk chicken 1,25 liters water 2 pk black pepper 40 g butter 50 g plain flour 100 g root Vegetable Recipes a little mace 2,5 dl cream 1 pk fresh egg yolk a little parsley or dill

1. Cut up the cleaned and washed chicken. Then place in salted water, season with whole black pepper and cook over a medium heat for about 45 minutes. Then bone the chicken and cut the meat into small cubes and put them together with the chopped Vegetable Recipes. 2. Make a pale roux with the butter and flour, dilute with the stock, simmer for about 20 minutes, pour over the ground mace and stir in the cream in which the egg yolk has been beaten. 3. Pour and bring to the boil. Serve with parsley or dill.
