Creamed Curried Beans

Roasted green beans with ham, garlic flavour, curry, topped with added cream and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. An easy dinner served alone or with pastries.
Ingredients:

Post:
1. Boil the beans for 5 minutes in salted water
2. Fry the ham cubes in oil, add the beans and after a while the garlic
3. Make a little space in the pan and briefly toast the sesame seeds, then mix them with the bean mixture
4. Finally, add the curry spices and cream, season with salt and pepper, and turn off the heat after two minutes
5. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese either on its own as a light dinner, or with pastries, or as a side dish with meats.
Recommendation:
To enhance the taste, the beans can be lightly sprinkled with lemon.
