300 g bean pod 300 g cooked rice 60 g butter to taste salt 1,5 dl sour cream to taste grated Parmesan
procedure
1. Put the cleaned bean pods in a saucepan, add butter, salt, a little water and simmer covered in the oven. 2. Before finishing, pour the cream and add the cooked rice, stir. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
