Cream cabbage soup
ingredients
1/4 kg sauerkraut with water 2 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1 cup sour cream 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp fat to taste salt,cumin
procedure
Cut the cabbage and boil with cumin and salt. Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion in the fat and add to the cabbage. Stir the flour into the cream and add to the finished cabbage. Leave to boil.
