Crabs with Butter Sauce
Canned crab meat served with boiled potatoes and butter sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Remove the cartilaginous fibres from the crab meat, put it and the brine into a pot, pour white wine over it and simmer it under a lid for 5 minutes
2. Place the warmed crab pieces on a heated plate, pour the juice and wine over them
3. Garnish with halves of boiled potatoes, garnish with parsley and pour the sauce into a sauce pan. Preparation of butter sauce with eggs: Chop the peeled eggs finely, add them to the melted butter at the same time as the finely chopped parsley, season with salt, pepper, acid and heat through.
Recommendation:
Side dish: Lettuce salad.
