Cottage with banana

This snack contains mainly fibre, protein and carbohydrates. It tastes great and the banana also counteracts stress thanks to its high magnesium content. So a good snack for work!

Procedure:
1. Peel and cut the banana into rounds or cubes
2. Open the cup of Cottage Cheese and stir the banana into it.
Note:
Cottage Cheese. It has a low fat content (usually about 4%) and is used, for example, as a filling for sweet and savoury cakes or in salads. It is already available in various flavours (with paprika, herbs, horseradish, raisins and vanilla, pineapple).
