Cottage cheese spread on bread with radishes and eggs

Sauce of cottage cheese, louine, eggs, onions and radishes spread on slices of dark bread.

Procedure:
1. Grate the cleaned radishes coarsely, chop the peeled onion into small cubes, peel the boiled eggs and chop finely
2. In a bowl, whisk the cottage cheese with the lucha into a fine cream, add salt and pepper to taste, add the grated radishes, chopped onions and mix well 3.
Recommendation:
If you want to have a milder spread, use spring onions, if more spicy, then shallots are better.
