Cottage Cheese Dumplings with Plums

Cottage cheese dumplings filled with plums, cooked in water, finally served liberally sprinkled with poppy seeds mixed with sugar and topped with melted butter.

Procedure:
1. 1. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, cut off pieces of dough and wrap each plum in them
3. Cook in boiling water, they are ready as soon as they float to the surface, then pierce them with a fork to release the steam
4. Serve the dumplings preferably still warm enough, sprinkled with icing sugar mixed with ground poppy seeds and topped generously with melted butter.
