250 g soft cottage cheese 4 tbsp milk 1 pk egg 4 tbsp breadcrumbs 6 tbsp baby semolina 4 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1 little salt

125 g butter 1 pk cinnamon and sugar

Place the soft cottage cheese in a bowl, pour in the milk, add the egg, semolina, breadcrumbs and flour and knead the dough, adding more semolina if necessary. The dough should be a little sticky, so that it can be shaped into balls.

Let the salted water boil and shape the balls with your hands and drop them into the water. I made 20 balls. When they float to the surface, cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter, remove the balls to a sieve and rinse with water.
