Cottage Cheese Cream with Blueberries and Yoghurt

Pressed cottage cheese mixed with yoghurt, flavoured with sugar and lemon juice, served with blueberries and whipped cream. Serves about 5 servings.

Procedure:
1. Add the yogurt, sugar and lemon juice to the curd, mix and whisk to taste
2. Stir the blueberries into the cream carefully, so as not to squash them
3. Divide the cream into bowls and garnish with scoops of whipped cream.
