Traditional French cake with black cherries (similar to Czech bublanina).

Procedure:
1. Beat the soft cottage cheese into the cooled milk boiled with salt and stir in the plain flour a little at a time to make a smooth batter
2. In a bowl, beat the beaten eggs with the caster sugar until foamy and mix with the soft dough
3. Remove the stems from the cherries, rinse and dry them, place them in a buttered baking dish, pour the prepared batter over them and sprinkle with icing sugar
4. Put the baking dish in a preheated oven and bake at 210 °C until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
Recommendation:
