In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Stir in the softened game, cottage cheese, milk and finally the flour mixed with baking powder.

Into the batter, lightly fold in the beaten egg whites with the grated lemon zest. You can add cocoa to part of the batter.

Grease the bundt tin with melted butter and sprinkle with coconut. Pour the batter into it and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
4.
After baking, dust with icing sugar.
