3 pcs eggs 1 KL salt 200 ml milk 200 ml sparkling mineral water 150 ml oil 300 g plain flour 300 g cornflour 1 pk baking powder 500 g feta cheese

Excellent breakfast or dinner:
1.
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add the milk, mineral water and oil and stir.
2.
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together and add to egg mixture, stirring constantly.
3.
With your hands, crumble in the feta and add it at the end. Stir everything once more.
4.
Preheat the oven to 160°C and pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins.
5.
Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes and then at 180°C for another 10 minutes.
