Simple cocoa cake with caramelised salko and butter cream.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and milk and progressively add the flour mixed with the cocoa and baking powder.

Pour the dough onto a baking tray-medium size lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees, test with a skewer to see if it is cooked. Let cool after baking.

Make the cream by creaming the softened butter and progressively adding the cooked salko and mixing-blend well.
4.
Spread on the cooled cake and pour the chocolate glaze, which is prepared in a water bath with chocolate and Cera.

Place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
