A longtime favorite at American folk festivals: The Funnel Cake. The Funnel Cake is a deep-fried lard pastry that is traditionally served with powdered sugar. Actually, the dough is poured through a funnel into hot fat and then deep fried until golden brown. We use an ice cream cone as a funnel, which can be used as a decoration at the end. Furthermore, we layer 3 funnel cakes alternately with a refreshing coconut cream and fresh berries.

For the coconut cream:
400 ml coconut milk, creamy 200 ml cream Grated lime 50 g powdered sugar 1 package San-apart for more stability

How it works:
