Collards with cream and broccoli

400 g kolenka 1 pk broccoli 1 pk onion 70 g bacon oravská 250 ml cooking cream 2 pk tomatoes 50 g grated hard cheese salt, fat

We like to eat pasta here.
1.
First we cook pasta- cakes. Once cooked, rinse with cold water and set aside in a large bowl.

Place the bacon, cut into small cubes, in a frying pan and fry until golden, add a little fat.

Remove the bacon after frying on a plate, and put the onion finely chopped in the fat and fry it.

While the onions are sautéing, cut the broccoli florets and tomatoes into smaller pieces.

Add the chopped broccoli to the sautéed onions, add a little water and simmer briefly.

When the broccoli is semi-soft, add the cooking cream, put back the fried bacon, season with salt and pepper and let it go through the boil.
7.
Pour this mixture into the bowl where you have the cooked pasta, stir. When serving, top with chopped tomatoes and grated hard cheese. It’s a delicious dinner. We enjoyed. Enjoy.
