Coleslaw cabbage my way

We love collard greens and I love this recipe, it’s delicious.

I cut the meat into cubes with the onions I put the onions in the oil to fry and season the meat with salt, paprika and pepper I add the sausage to the meat and wait until the sausage lets out some colour and juices I baste and let it simmer in the other pan I put the minced meat to simmer and season the same way.

Meanwhile I make rice the classic way. And the sauerkraut in another pot I simmer I put smoked red paprika ground in the cabbage and meat it is delicious but it doesn’t have to be. There is more to the pot, but I am used to this way , but the result is worth it.

When, everything is really semi-soft already. I brush the baking dish with a little oil. On the bottom I put some cabbage, rice and meat with sausage I also pour the juice over it and add minced meat. I repeat the process until I have minced everything. On top I put sour cream I put a bigger kale mixed with a little cooking cream and I put it in the oven for about 30 minutes it’s really great.
