Cold Strawberry Soup
Soup of strawberries, sugar and white wine.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut cleaned strawberries in half, sprinkle with half the sugar and chill
2. Mix the water with the starch meal, a pinch of salt and the remaining sugar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 2 minutes
3. Serve with biscuits.
Recommendation:
The soup can also be made with other fruits.
