2 pcs bell peppers 4 pcs tomatoes 1 clove garlic 1/3 pcs cucumber 1 pcs spring onions 1 pcs toasted bread 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 3 tbsp olive oil 1 cup water to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Wash, clean and cut the Vegetable Recipes into smaller pieces. Add the grated toasted bread and cover with water. Add the wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend. 2. Season the blended soup, if necessary, and serve garnished with Vegetable Recipes.
