Coconut milk and shredded coconut waffles

80 g fresh butter (fat) 2 pcs medium egg 50 g granulated sugar 6 g vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence 230 g plain flour 160 ml coconut milk 8 g baking powder 3 tbsp grated coconut (dried) a little oil or butter fresh fruit to taste honey to taste

A great, tasty and easy breakfast. The waffles are spiced up with coconut flavour, they are soft, fluffy and you will definitely love them.
1.
Add 80g butter, 2 eggs, 50g granulated sugar, 6g vanilla sugar to a bowl and mix.

Gradually add 230g plain flour and 160ml coconut milk.

Add 8g baking powder, 3 tablespoons grated coconut and mix until smooth.

Heat the waffle maker, brush with oil and put in the appropriate amount of batter for your waffle maker. Bake for a few minutes (checking occasionally). Bake until golden.
