Strawberry-raspberry pancakes with cocoa cream

Beat a thin batter with milk, whole egg, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Later, bake thin pancakes (4 large or 6 smaller ones) in a little butter.
