1 cup milk 1 pk egg 1/2 cup plain flour 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 pinch salt

Cream

250 g soft cottage cheese 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp icing sugar 1 tbsp cocoa

fresh strawberries fresh raspberries

Delicious pancakes with fresh fruit and luscious cream.

Beat a thin batter with milk, whole egg, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Later, bake thin pancakes (4 large or 6 smaller ones) in a little butter.

From cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and cocoa mix a soft cream, which you spread on the pancakes, add diced fresh strawberries and raspberries and wrap the pancakes.
