Dutch Chicory Salad

Salad of chicory, almonds, raisins, orange and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 250 g of chicory 20 g 2 tbsp raisins 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 pcs oranges ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Mix with boiled, peeled and sliced almonds, boiled raisins and pieces of one orange, cut into pieces
3. Mix the mayonnaise with the juice of the second orange, a pinch of finely grated orange peel, a pinch of salt and pepper and pour over the prepared ingredients
4. Toss the salad lightly.

Recommendation:

– Side dish: White bread.
