Cauliflower with mushrooms in the style of marrow

ingredients

1 pk cauliflower 2 handfuls dried mushrooms 2 pk onion 3 dl milk oil salt ground black pepper

step

1. Soak the mushrooms in water for 30min. 2. Meanwhile, tear the cauliflower into florets and place in salted boiling water for 5 mins. 3. Fry the onion in oil and add the soaked mushrooms and pre-cooked cauliflower. 4. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5-8 minutes. Then pour the milk and cook until tender over a gentle heat. 5. As a side dish I recommend potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
