Blueberry smoothie with oat flakes

4 tbsp blueberries 1 pcs banana 150 ml white yoghurt 2 tbsp oatmeal chia seeds
Thick smoothie drink is suitable for replenishing energy. The advantage is that you can change the fruit according to taste and season.
Place the oatmeal and yogurt in a blender, add about half a pint of water and let sit for about 10 minutes. Then add the fruit – blueberries and banana and blend everything together. Finally, add a small teaspoon of chia seeds.
