Soup of soggy bread cooked with root Vegetable Recipes, softened with milk.

Ingredients:

2 pieces of sliced stale bread 1 piece of egg 2 dl of milk 120 g of root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 120 g of root Vegetable Recipes/td> crushed cumin garlic (optional)

Procedure:

1. Break the old bread and pour cold water over it, after a few hours boil it with a pinch of salt, crushed cumin and grated root Vegetable Recipes
2. Whisk the boiled bread, add milk, or whisked eggs and let it boil
3. The soup can be seasoned with crushed garlic and salt to taste.
