Nodles cut from dough, fried, served covered with boiled cream and sprinkled with cinnamon mixed with sugar.

Procedure:
1. Make a smooth dough as stiff as noodles with flour, eggs, salt, vinegar and water
2. Roll them out well, let them dry a little and cut them into noodles thinner than wide and thicker than soup
3. Fry them in hot fat seasoned with butter

Recommendation:
Today we would probably like the fried noodles better sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and garnished with whipped cream and cherry jam.
