2 cups semi-coarse flour 1 cup milk 1 cup oil 1 cup powdered sugar 1 pk baking powder 2 pk vanilla sugar 2 pk egg 4 tsp ground cinnamon 4 pk apple 50 g dried cranberries or raisins 50 g almond chips for sprinkling 1 pk dark chocolate glaze 1 pk jam

Quick, moist and beautifully fragrant cake.

Mix all the ingredients for the cake batter progressively. Flour with baking powder, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, pre-soaked raisins, eggs, milk and oil. Finally, stir in the grated apples.

Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 °C. Brush the finished cake with jam to taste and drizzle with chocolate icing and sprinkle with almond flakes.
