Ciabatta with spinach and mushrooms
Roasted bread stuffed with a warm mixture of roasted mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt.

Procedure:
1. Cut the pastry in half
2. Stir fry the mushroom quarters in hot oil, add the chopped peppers after 10 minutes
3. Continue to fry for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper and garlic
4. Stir in the lettuce leaves and set aside after a minute
5. Fill with warm mixture and serve.
