2 pcs trout 4 bacon 3 tbsp plain flour pcs oil pcs salt pcs fish seasoning pcs ml.pepper pcs lemon

1. Clean and salt the trout. Mix the flour with the spices and coat the trout with it on both sides. Put bacon slices in the belly. Put oil on baking paper and place the fish on the paper and drizzle with oil. 2. Put the fish in the oven and brush with fat during baking. 3. When the trout is already baked, prepare boiled potatoes with chives and butter as a side dish. Garnish with lemon.
