Ingredients
3 portions of chocolate 1-2 bars of egg white snow white from 3-4 eggs 3 pieces of egg yolk 1 tbsp of my slo water sugar
Recipe preparation process
1 I learnt this recipe from a colleague of mine during an internship in England. I was intrigued by how delicious and simple this dessert is.2 1. Put some water in a medium-sized saucepan, put another saucepan on top (it must not touch the bottom) and throw in the butter, let it melt a little, add some chocolate and a little water. Before the chocolate melts, separate the eggs, whisk in the snow and stir in the yolks with a spoon. Pour the melted chocolate into the saucepan and add the egg white a little at a time. However, do not stir the whipped cream, but ‘stir’ it in by turning the spatula on its side and cutting into the sides of the bowl in a sharp motion from the middle. Once the snow is incorporated, spoon in the egg white. 5 4. Now that everything is almost ready, spoon the mixture into the bowls, cover them with cling film and place them in the fridge. It is best to make this recipe in the evening overnight for the best set. In the final stage, you can still make a chocolate fillet, for example by simply running a scraper over the white chocolate. :).
