Chocolate-pudding rolls

220 g plain flour 2 pcs egg yolks 2 tbsp milk 100 g granulated sugar 1 packet chocolate pudding 120 g butter powdered sugar for decorating chocolate for dipping
procedure

In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, vanillin sugar, custard powder and stir. Add the softened cubed butter, milk and egg yolks. Work the dough with your hands. I didn’t refrigerate it at all , but shaped the rolls right away.

Make the dough into a roll about 2-2.5 cm thick and then cut it into 1 cm wide strips. Roll out the same rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C for about 13 min. When cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and dip the ends in chocolate.
