150 g butter 100 g powdered sugar 1 pk egg 1 pk vanilla sugar Dr Oetker pinches of salt 300 g plain flour special 1/2 pk lemon juice filling for sticking any chocolate icing
procedure
1. Make a dough with the above ingredients, 2. On a lightly floured board, work the dough until smooth.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour 3. Then I roll out the dough to 3 mm and cut out pretzels with a cookie cutter. 4. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake. 5. I baked mine a little longer than they should have,but it doesn’t matter,because they will be chocolate.I sprayed the decorative tip with the filling and stuck them together. 6.I covered the whole thing in chocolate frosting. 7. I melted 200 g dark chocolate in a water bath with 50 g cera and a little oil.
