Chocolate-orange pancakes

100 g dark chocolate 125 g butter 125 g powdered sugar 1 pinch salt 1 pk egg 1 pk orange (peel) 200 g plain flour special 00 1 teaspoon baking powder

100 g caster sugar 2 tbsp fresh orange juice

Aromatic biscuits:

Mix butter with sugar,salt, egg, grated chocolate and orange zest and mix. Add the flour and baking powder and work into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in microtene and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out the dough on a floured board to 1/2 cm. and cut out rounds.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool once baked.
4.
Frosting: mix the sifted sugar with the juice to make a smooth icing and brush it over the pastry. Allow the icing to set thoroughly.
