We can not miss it at Christmas, this year I also made a small treat for colleagues.

Put the beer, sugar and broken chocolate on a low heat, cook just until the chocolate is melted. Remove and let cool, remembering to stir occasionally. Pour in the vodka, stir well and bottle.
