Chocolate donuts from the oven

200 g plain flour 40 g cocoa 1 pinch salt 1/2 packet baking powder 160 g granulated sugar 2 pcs eggs 1 packet vanillin sugar (bourbon) 1 tsp vanilla flavouring 180 ml sour milk 90 ml white yoghurt 40 g butter

Baked doughnuts with chocolate icing.

Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the whole eggs with the vanillin sugar and flavouring with a mixer. Add the sour milk, white yogurt and melted butter. Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

I used a silicone donut mould which I filled 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. I recommend to bake them earlier without a fan, so that they don’t rise too much and stay flat.

After baking, let them cool in the tin. Next comes the best part for me… decorating. I absolutely love the milk chocolate frosting the best.
