Chocolate Chip Twists in Thermomix

Here’s the recipe for chocolate chip torsades in the thermomix, tasty like the ones from the bakery, made with fluffy, crispy puff pastry, custard and chocolate chips. These twists are a pure delight for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 thermomix puff pastry (Recipe here) 100 g chocolate chips
For the custard:
500 g milk 50 g flour 1 packet vanilla sugar 2 eggs 1 egg yolk 70 g powdered sugar
For the gilding:
1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon of milk
Preparation:
For the pastry cream, put all the ingredients in the bowl of the Thermomix, mix for 10 seconds at speed 5 and then set 7 minutes at 90° at speed 4.
Pour into a container, film then place in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile prepare the puff pastry.
Then in a floured work surface roll out the dough into a rectangle of 60*40 cm.
Spread the pastry cream over the entire surface then sprinkle with chocolate chips on half of the rectangle.
Then close and flatten slightly with your hands, you will get a rectangle of 60*20 cm.
Cut sections of 5 cm then form the twists.
Place the twists on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and then brush them with egg yolk beaten with milk.
Then put the Chocolate Chip twists in a hot oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
