Chocolate Cheesecake

One of the variations for a tasty sweet dessert made of dark chocolate, chocolate biscuits, cottage cheese, eggs, semolina … a variation for Easter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Crush the cookies in a blender or rolling pin and mix them with most of the butter
2. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of an expandable cake tin lined with baking paper, and grease the sides of the tin with the remaining butter
3. Heat the cream almost to boiling and stir in the chopped chocolate until it melts, then set aside and leave to cool
4. Mix the cottage cheese with the chocolate cream, pour it on the cake and bake
6. Bake in an oven heated to 140 °C for about 1 hour
7. Decorate the baked and cooled chocolate cheesecake with marzipan eggs.
Recommendation:
You can omit the Easter eggs and decorate the cake with whipped cream, fruit or different coloured toppings.
