Chocolate Cereal Bars with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for chocolate cereal bars with Thermomix, made with nuts, dates, and oatmeal. Easy to take along, these bars can be kept for weeks in the fridge.
Ingredients: 150 g of mixed nuts of your choice: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews.. 200 g of pitted dates 4 tablespoons of shredded coconut 2 tablespoons of honey 100 g of oatmeal 100 g of dark chocolate 500 g of water to melt the chocolate Preparation:
Place the nut mixture in the bowl of the Thermomix, then blend for 5 seconds at speed 5, set aside in a dry container.
Without washing the bowl, put the dates in it and mix for 10 seconds at speed 8, bring the paste to the middle with the spatula, then repeat 5 seconds at speed 8, then with the spatula, loosen the date paste from the bottom of the bowl.
Add, the mixture of nuts, honey, shredded coconut and oats. Mix for 8 seconds on speed 3.
Spread this mixture on a silicone dish or parchment paper, then compress well with the palm of your hand.
Let it harden for 1 hour in the fridge, then compress again and give the bars their final rectangular shape so you can cut regular bars.
Heat the water to 45° in the Thermomix, break the chocolate into several pieces in a stainless steel salad bowl or bowl. Cover the chocolate with hot water and let melt for 10 min (WITHOUT STIRRING). Empty the water and spread the melted chocolate over the preparation.
Put the preparation in the fridge for 12 hours, then cut the bars. Store them preferably in the fridge so they keep their shape.
