Chocolate cake with whipped cream

100 g butter 200 g dark chocolate 3 tsp instant coffee 4 pcs eggs pcs salt 2 tbsp sugar pcs chocolate layer 400 ml whipped cream pcs whipped cream layer: 2 pcs sh+cream powder 2 tbsp icing sugar
procedure

Melt butter, chocolate and coffee in a water bath. Let cool and add the egg yolks.

Beat egg whites with sugar and progressively add to chocolate. Put the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.

For the second layer, melt the chocolate again in a water bath, let it cool and slowly stir in the whipped cream with a pinch of salt.Pour it over the cake and let it set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

For the third layer, whip two whipping cream with powdered sugar (I use Dr.Oetker). Put the mixture on top of the chocolate layer and leave to set properly in the fridge.
5.
Remove from the cake tin and decorate with chocolate.
