Chocolate and chestnut pie with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for chocolate chestnut pie with Thermomix,a greedy and original dessert, really simple to prepare, to finish the meal well.
Ingredients:
1 shortcrust pastry ( recipe here ) 20 cl of liquid cream 200 g dark chocolate pastry 40 g of butter 1 jar of chestnut jam ( recipe here )
Preparation:
Spread the shortcrust pastry a pie pan and then bake it blank for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Meanwhile in the thermomix bowl put the chocolate in pieces in the bowl then mix 10 seconds at speed 8.
Add the cream then set 4 minutes at 50° at speed 1.
Then add the butter in pieces and mix 15 seconds at speed 4.
Then spread the chestnut jam over the pastry, then top with the chocolate ganache.
Let stand at room temperature then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
