Chocolate and Almond Moelleux in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for chocolate and almond moelleux in Thermomix, a delicious chocolate moelleux cake with almond flavor, very easy and simple to make in thermomix.
Ingredients:
250 g dark chocolate 150 g powdered sugar 100 g almond powder 80 g butter 4 eggs 1 teaspoon bitter almond extract 2 tablespoons cocoa rum
Preparation in Thermomix:
Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
Put the chocolate in the Thermomix bowl, then chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
Add the butter, then set for 4 minutes at 60° on speed 2.
Add the egg yolks, sugar and almond powder, almond extract and rum then set 40 seconds at speed 5.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside.
Wash and dry the bowl then insert the whisk, put in the egg whites and whisk for 3 minutes at speed 3.5.
Incorporate the egg whites into the previous preparation and then mix gently with a Maryse.
Pour the preparation into a cake tin and then bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Once baked let cool, remove from the tin and then sprinkle with cocoa.
