Chinese savory scones

Scoops of meat mixture mixed with mushrooms, nuts and other ingredients, fried in oil.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs and mix with the minced meat, chopped smoked meat and finely chopped onion
2. Stir in cooked chopped or sterilised finely chopped mushrooms and chopped walnuts
3. Finally, stir in the wine and salt
4. Using a spoon, form the dough into small oval cakes and fry them in well heated oil.
Recommendation:
Serve the hot cakes accompanied by Vegetable Recipes or vegetable salad.
