6 servings 500 g red peppers 50 g jalapeno peppers 50 g cayenne peppers 225 ml apple cider vinegar 500 g of semolina 500 ml of water 1 pinch of pink peppercorns 1 tbsp has slo 24 g citrus pectin
Recipe preparation step
1 Cut the cleaned peppers into thin strips. 2 Mix the apple cider vinegar with the sugar and water, add salt, pepper and crushed chilli and bring to the boil.

3 Remove, add the pectin, stir and bring back to the boil. 4 Pour into the prepared jars, close and turn over while cooling to distribute the peppers evenly in the jars.
