Chilean Goulash

Sliced meat noodles from the spit, fried in oil, sauteed with capers.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cleaned and de-blanched beef patties and cut them into fries through the thread
2. Sear the meat in hot oil and once it is semi-soft, throw in the sliced, cored capers
3. Add ketchup or tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and chilli seasoning
4. 5. Garnish individual portions on the plate with grated cheese.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread or steamed rice.
