Wash and finely chop the courgette.

In olive oil or ghee butter, sauté the chopped onion and add the zucchini. Season with salt, herbs, or a pinch of turmeric or similar spices.

Simmer the zucchini for a while and add the garlic, it can be chopped as you will blend it in the end.
4.
Sweeten the sour cream and blend into a cream.

I make a habit of soaking the barley groats in water the night before and boiling them in salt water in the morning.
6.
For a quick preparation, you can replace the groats with pasta.
